ABOUT ME

I’m Turgut KIR. I build embedded systems and real-time software for defense and health technologies. I take problems from a blank page to field-proven systems—from architecture and electronics to real-time firmware, control algorithms, and the application layer that ships. My recent work spans real-time C/C++ development, sensor integration, wireless telemetry, and safety-critical control for a TÜSEB-supported wearable medical device. Within TEKNOFEST and TÜBİTAK programs, I delivered positioning and guidance algorithms under strict reliability and performance constraints. I lead as team captain on every project—setting priorities early and owning delivery end-to-end, from specification to field tests. I’m committed to building original, locally developed technology that advances the National Technology Initiative (Milli Teknoloji Hamlesi)—engineered for domestic manufacturability, maintainability, and long-term support. My operating principles are simple: clear mission, lean architecture, hard proof in real conditions, disciplined iteration. I remain hands-on and take full ownership of the result.
